We chose this foundation repair company because we heard people talking about the repair system and techniques you guys use and the profesional way you do things.

I lived with a leaky basement for about 10 years.  Finally in 2007 I decided to get some estimates to fix the problem.  We had 3 different waterproofing contractors come out and give us bids.  They ranged in cost to seal up the basement from $5-18k. 

After checking with the BBB and the references supplied by the contractors I went with Trebil Foundation Basement Repair Company.  From the initial appointment to projection completion they were terrific to work with. 

Although they were not the lowest bid we chose them because they had really great customer references.  One customer said they even called back a year later to make sure everything was working right.  That was the thing that made me go with Trebil, I love great customer service.

The Safe Basements system made so much sense compared with the old traditional drain tiles or these new ones that go on top of the footing but don't address the water leaking in below the basement floor.  This video on YouTube really helped me understand how the different systems work.  You can see the video by searching for "safe basements waterproofing" or click this youtube link, here.

I do recommend Trebil Foundation and am a happy customer with a dry basement, finally!

We incurred flood damage in our basement in spring of 2014; JTFSI came the following winter to install a basement sump pump and associated piping. Due to miscommunication between us, the sump pump was originally installed in the wrong place. When I described the problem to the Litchfield office, thay courteously agreed to return to reinstall the sump pump in our desired location at their own expense. We are very satisfied with JTFSI’s work, as well as impressed at the lengths they will go to to ensure their clients’ satisfaction…highly recommended!

They arrived on time and called ahead to let us know they were coming. The crew was very courteous and the cleanup was also good. 5 star service!
