safe basements installed wall anchors, two sump systems and drain tile in our house in 2021-2022. last night, 6/3, we had seven inches of rain fall overnight. both sumps kept up with amount of water coming in, keeping our basement dry. several of our neighbors weren't so fortunate as they had water in their basements. very happy we went with safe basements. would recommend them to others looking for basement water issues.

I live in a lower lying area with a river near by & the overflow creek runs through my backyard. It also becomes a river with heavy rain.I had the basement drainage system installed in 2016 when heavy rain fall resulted in alot of water in the basement. The basement has remained dry since then.This spring 2024, there has been significant rain fall with very heavy rain just last evening. A flood warning still in effect. SafeBasements helped me with getting my sunroom secured with helical piers, replacing my basement windows and all new stabilizers and footings in my basement in March 2024. From my first interaction with them I felt taken care of, heard and respected. I first reached out to them summer 2023 and they were incredibly patient and willing to schedule for the 2024 season due to my budget needs. Their communication was friendly, timely and transparent. They even answered a question I had after getting a quote from another company. The two weeks they were at my house completing the project it went so smoothly. Everything felt like it was handled well and all of the work done looks so good! As a single woman homeowner it feels like a huge win to have found a company that doesn't ask me where my husband or dad is, to be spoken to in an equal manner and to communicate up front with me. This review is a long time coming. We've had Safe Basements work on our basement twice since moving into our new home five years ago and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We had water entry issues in multiple areas within our basement and I am happy to report after their work, we've had absolutely no issues since then. SafeBasements went far above and beyond what I thought was possible with repairing the problematic areas in our basement.Derek, Cheryl, Pam and Samantha amongst many others were professional across the board and I immensely appreciated the straight-forward yet informative evaluations and discussions we had.If I could give this company more than five stars, I would.

I live in a new development (2018 Build) in Savage, MN. My home is built on clay and near a pond, so we have been experiencing "Frost Heave" on my back sunrooms. I was referred to 3 Foundation companies by a trusted friend of mine, who stated that the one company that will shoot me straight would be SafeBasements. I had one company come out and state that I needed to address this issue ASAP and would cost $26,000 plus needing to carve into my new patio. Then got the whole sales presentation. I get intimidated by big housing issues, so when I was told my new home needed this work done, I was sad/angry.Jon F. with SafeBasements came out today and right away was very friendly and I felt that he wouldn't try to "sell" me. He assessed the situation and immediately stated, "You do not need to worry about this right now". Then told me that he will contact me in the spring to come back out and check in on the house, then he said he will contact me every six months to check in. Wow. It was like 1,000 lbs was lifted off my shoulders that he didn't have an agenda and told me what I needed to do. Keep pictures for my own inventory, and if ANYTHING, we may need to really address this in 5 years or so. I contracted SafeBasements of MN to install a radon system in my early 1900s home. Nate performed the initial install. His work was extremely clean and he was very personable. The initial install did not provide the level of reduction I was hoping for, and even though it was below their required warranty standard, they did additional work to get to that level. I was very happy with the work, communication, and willingness to get the project to a satisfactory end. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We've never been more impressed with a company's professionalism, expertise and ethics. They stood behind their warranty 100% - more than a decade after the initial work was complete, and we live on a wetland. The team was communicative, on time, and conscientious. They explained what the issues were, and how they addressed them. It took over a week with a crew that sometimes numbered 4 men. All of this - under warranty.
