Liquid Urethane Injection
To prevent a basement wall leak and to stop the problem from getting worse, our technicians will make use of a liquid urethane material.
First, the surface of the crack will be cleaned off so that dirt and debris will not get into it during the repair process.
Next, the urethane material will be injected into the opening from the dirt to the surface. This will permanently seal the crack so that it never lets water seep inside. Once dry, the material can be painted over to match with the rest of your basement environment.

We had water in our basement and Derek came out to look at it. After reviewing he determined the water was coming from our water softner and used the bypass mode to prevent additional water from getting into our basement. He advised that I needed a plumber. He was honest and forthright and helped me even though it did not bring any service to SafeBasements. He would not accept any type of payment. I will definitely use this truthful company if I need their services for anything in the future.
