We are constantly testing and analyzing new products - always in search of the latest and greatest, comparing them to the traditional methods. Unfortunately for the general public, most waterproofing companies are going for ease of installation rather than quality.
The system we use the most is the tried and true interior drain tile systems. There are only two ways ground water can enter a basement. The first is through the floor, due to a high water table and hydrostatic pressure. The second is through the wall, due to saturated soil along side of the foundation wall. The interior drain tile system is the most effective way to completely drain the walls and lower the water table under the floor.
