All were hard workers, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. And...they each have a good sense of humor. Although I didn't have the pleasure of meeting your office staff, our phone conversations were pleasant and their response was efficient. You are fortunate to have such good people to work with. I first heard about you on a TV ad. After that, I visited your Web site and then called to schedule an appointment. Tom came to visit with me and make an assessment of the situation. He was most impressive with his knowledge, efficiency and sense of humor. We had a good time and he made the sale. Tom is the reason I chose not to contact any of your competitors. John and Brandon arrived, less than a week later to do the work. They were very careful about no damaging anything outside and about protecting things (e.g. carpet) inside. Because of the extremely heavy clay soils and large deck that they had to contend and deal with, they both had a much greater workout than anticipated. They took it all in good humor though! I had expected to see a little more movement in narrowing the cracks, but hopefully this will happen over time. The clean up was much better than I had expected on the inside (nice surprise), and quite satisfactory on the exterior."

Dear Jesse, I want to let you know that our sump pump and drain tile system is working fine. Of course we trusted that it would. Also I want to compliment you and your crew on the way they performed their work. I truly appreciated the fact that they created a plastic barrier around themselves so none of the dust that would be created entered into the rest of our home or into the garage where many of our personal belongings were stored.
