Tom - Sales Representative
Tom has been in the home building industry since the mid 1960's as a carpenter. He is an expert at analyzing your specific foundation situation and recommending the best possible solution. He has a vast knowledge base of home construction and has been analyzing foundations for us since 2003. He is a valued and highly respected member of our team.

Rick - Sales Representative
Rick has been in the general residential construction and home inspection business since mid 1990's. He has been inspecting foundations for us since 2008. He also is a great resource for any of your foundation questions and will provide you with the best solution possible. Rick has lots of experience and we are glad he is part of our team.

Dan - Project Manager
Dan has an architectural background and has been overseeing large commercial construction projects since the late 1980's. He is the lead contact for all our crews and can be a valuable resource for any questions you may have during your repair project. Dan is very knowledgeable and a great asset to our company.

John Jacobson
John is a Foreman at Jesse Trebil Basement & Foundation repair here in Minnesota.  He began his career at Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems, Inc. in July, 2009.  Jesse Trebil has carefully trained John to install Grip-Tite Piers.  John has previous experience in poured and block wall construction and flatwork, along with 14 years in landscaping and equipment operation.

John takes responsibility for the guaranteed systems he installs.  He is a trusted and valued member of the Trebil Foundation Systems team.  You can feel free to discuss any aspect of the job with John during the repair phase of your project.  He is always happy to provide answers.

Tanner is a Foreman for basement waterproofing and foundation repair projects. He began his career at Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems, Inc. in 2004. Jesse Trebil and Grip-Tite have carefully trained Tanner. He participates annually in a week long meeting for all Grip-Tite dealers.

Tanner has installed hundreds of effective anchor and waterproofing solutions for our customers. He takes responsibility for the guaranteed systems he installs. Tanner is a trusted and valued member of the Trebil Foundation Systems Team.

Rick Kragenbring

Alan Pokornowski
Alan&is a Foreman for Jesse Trebil foundation repair projects. He began his career at Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems, Inc. in 2010 Jesse Trebil and Grip-Tite® have carefully trained Alan to install Grip-Tite® piers. He participates annually in a week long meeting for all Grip-Tite® dealers.

Alan has installed many effective piering, anchor and waterproofing solutions for our customers. He has also been in the masonry business for 27 years with experience in poured and block wall construction and flatwork.
