How does the GRIP-TITE® Foundation Pier System work?

These piers are designed to allow a home to be built on questionable soils. They are screwed into the ground to the desired resistance which translates into the amount of weight they will hold. So if you have that perfect lot with not so perfect soil, we have the solution. Our piers can go in first so you can pour concrete over them or build right off the piers.
